Happiness Advisor is the first ever human centric platform for measuring Happiness experience of the guests and staff at the Hotels worldwide. A brain Child of the Signature Hotels to meet its ethos for serving hotel guests with original hospitality. Happiness advisor plays a major role in radiating happiness to the Hotel Guests and Staff alike. Happiness is stated well above the guest satisfaction as it includes the journey beyond wellbeing. Participating Hotel General Managers inhale Happiness and train their staff to ensure that they are happy so that the guests are welcomed with warmth and served with limitless smiles and that too natural ones. Hence making Guests feel them at home factor along with providing extra care for them becomes a key factor in ensuring that the happiness is radiated through the actions of hotel staff. Signature Hotels, through its Happiness Advisor initiative have rolled out the happiness movement to enhance Happiness and support the mission for One World. One Family for a happier community.
